Delete a ChronoSpark Account
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Permanent action: Account deletion removes the authentication account and eligible account-linked data after the request is verified. It cannot be undone.
Delete from the app
- Open ChronoSpark and sign in.
- Open Settings and find the account and security controls.
- Select Delete account.
- Complete the requested identity verification and confirm deletion.
Request deletion without the app
Send the request from the email address tied to the account when possible. State that you want the ChronoSpark account and account-linked data deleted. Limited additional verification may be required.
Request account deletion at ghostheart131517@gmail.comNever send a password, one-time code, recovery token, payment credential, or secret key.
Data covered by deletion
- The authentication account and account profile.
- Eligible account-linked planning content, settings, progress, and cloud records.
- Account-linked notification-device registrations.
Device-local data
A web request cannot directly erase files on an offline device. After remote deletion, clear ChronoSpark app storage or uninstall the app on devices you no longer use. The in-app deletion flow also attempts local cleanup on the device where it runs.
Limited retention
Limited transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute records may be retained when required by law or necessary to protect the service. Those records are restricted to those purposes and are not used to recreate a deleted account.
Store billing is separate
Deleting a ChronoSpark account does not cancel a Google Play purchase or subscription. Subscriptions are not enabled for the current release candidate. If a future subscription exists, cancel it separately in Google Play.
Processing time
Verified requests are processed without unreasonable delay and ordinarily within 30 days. Additional time may be required when applicable law or a security review requires it.
