These terms govern use of ChronoSpark. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use ChronoSpark. ChronoSpark is intended for adults and is not designed for or directed to children.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Keep your account and sign-in methods secure.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, bypass feature controls, or use the service unlawfully.
• You are responsible for the content you submit and for reviewing actions before confirming them.

Planning and decision support

ChronoSpark provides planning, organization, evidence review, and decision-support tools. Guidance can be incomplete or wrong. ChronoSpark is not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or emergency advice. Use qualified professional or emergency services when appropriate.

Automated and AI features

Deterministic recommendations and evidence summaries remain guidance, not authority. External generative-AI explanations are not enabled for the current release candidate. If a future release enables them, the app must disclose the provider, the categories of data sent, the expected credit cost where applicable, and require confirmation before the request.

Purchases

Subscriptions, AI-credit purchases, and credit spending are not enabled for the current release candidate. If enabled in a future Google Play release, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation controls shown by Google Play will govern that purchase. Uninstalling the app or deleting a ChronoSpark account does not cancel store billing.

Availability and changes

Features may change as ChronoSpark improves. Service interruptions can occur for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances beyond the developer's control. A public page, source file, or local artifact does not guarantee that a feature or distribution path is available.

Account deletion

Account deletion is permanent. Review the in-app and external request paths on the account-deletion page.
